Michelle is the best she has help me so much with my wedding planning! She is very professional in what she does, the service she provides is the ot most! She was born to do this! I bought some red votive candle holders from her, they are so pretty! Very fast shipping too. One thing about Michelle if she doesn't know an answer she will find out it out for you. I had an issue with an item not being delivered (which appears to be UPS's fault). Regardless, Michelle maintained friendly, professional and compassionate. She really made my issue her issue and remained in contact with me to see if I was satisfied. I would recommend this company to ANYONE I know and I hope that if you are considering using this company that my feedback will persuade you. They took a bad situation and turned it around and made me the most satisfied customer that I could be. Purchase wedding accessories (think shoes, tiaras, jewelry, lingerie, tie, pocket square, cufflinks)? What kind? I ordered a wedding dress, and I ordered it a little late. But I was reassured that I would have it in plenty of time. And I recieved the dress, and it was the exact dress I had ordered, the sizing was almost perfect.
